Your profile will be reviewed by a member of our recruitment team. If there is a match between your credentials and an open position, a recruiter will contact you by telephone or email to schedule a telephone screen interview or an in-person interview. If you are not selected for a telephone screen or an in-person interview, your resume will remain in our database for future reference. Telephone screen interviews are a good way to discuss your qualifications and any other details that might be helpful for our staffing office to note. If there is a close match between your skills and the position, we will go to the next step.
Step 4: We will do a BACKGROUND CHECK
Following the interview(s), if you are selected for an offer, you will be contacted for your references and background check (to include employment and education verification, criminal record, etc.).
Step 5: If you qualify for the position, we will make an OFFER
Offers are made verbally and sent via email. After your acceptance of our offer, you will be sent pre-employment paperwork and show proof of your authorization to work in the United States. All documentation must be completed and on file before you start work.
Step 6: We will schedule an ORIENTATION
After the background check and pre-employment assessment are completed and cleared, you will be scheduled to attend Worldwide Texting Systems (new hire orientation), which takes place on your first day of employment. Depending on your role, you may participate in additional training and orientations.
